Daily overtime is modelled for the 4 states that owe it — AK, CA, CO, NV — including California’s double time past twelve hours, Alaska’s exemption below four employees and Nevada’s wage test. Workers’ comp is charged per hour worked in Washington and is optional in Texas, because those are the units those states actually use.
